Bringing that judgment into AI.

AI · Commercial strategy

Simular AI

At Simular, I brought my strategy experience into a new context: how to bring an AI agent product to market.

I owned pricing, led customer discovery to refine ideal customer profiles, and shaped a B2B pitch that connected the technology’s strengths to customer value.

Building around how people already work.

Networking · Working product

Warmly

We built Warmly to help MBA students network toward their career goals. After finding students already used Claude Code and Codex for networking, we shifted from a standalone app to tools their assistants could use.

Warmly connects those assistants to LinkedIn, saved contact context and a personal dashboard.

40–50 people tested the rebuilt version.

Warmly: from a standalone app to a tool layer for Claude Code and Codex.

Taking an idea all the way to a product.

Interior design · Working product

Roomora

AI can imagine beautiful interiors. I wanted it to work with the room someone actually has.

Roomora redesigns interiors while preserving the room’s layout. I built the product from the image-generation workflow through to the interface and checkout.

Exploring what voice makes possible.

Voice · Hackathon prototype

Alan × Mistral

Our team of four built Alan Sleep, a voice companion for sleep support, at the Alan × Mistral AI hackathon.

I championed voice as a more natural interaction for this setting, then designed and tested the prompts and response logic. We won the Alan Play Challenge.

Rethinking how people and agents create.

Presentations · Product building

Orra

After years of making consulting decks, I see HTML as a more expressive medium for presentations in the AI era.

I built Orra so people can visually edit what an AI agent creates. It gives people and agents a shared canvas, making it easier to move between generation and human refinement.

Using voice to make thinking visible.

Education · Venture concept

MindReps

For the INSEAD Venture Competition, I’m developing a voice-led assignment experience with Sanket Kashyap to make students’ reasoning visible.

Students read a case, discuss their assumptions and defend their choices. The proposed deliverable records how they reached a view, what changed and which questions remain.

Helping others start building with AI.

26 May 2026 · INSEAD Singapore

Claude 101

I organised and led a hands-on Claude Code workshop at INSEAD’s Singapore campus.

Through live demos and time to build, classmates explored creating HTML presentations with skills and building a reusable job-search workflow. I wanted to give them the confidence and a practical starting point to build with AI.
